Tasty Tuesday

Going along with my "Must-Have Monday" I am going to do a "Tasty Tuesday" where I will post a recipe every Tuesday. (usually one that I have tried before)

Today, I will share the "Oreo Cookie Ball" recipe. I made these around Christmas 2010 and they were a HUGE hit with everyone that tried them. It's fairly simple to make, and super delicious!

OREO COOKIE BALLS

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 40 minutes
Servings: 48 total

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

To Make It:
1- MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended
2- SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan
3- SPRINKLE the remaining cookie crumbs on top to add to the appearance
4- REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm

I hope you get to try this delicious cookie treat!
